By accessing or using VPCKR Cloud Server services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers who access or use the Services.

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Services are billed according to the billing cycle you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your Services. We reserve the right to charge late fees or interest on overdue amounts.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. In the event of service disruptions beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly. Specific SLA terms may be provided in separate agreements.
You retain all rights to your data and content stored on our Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you use our Services at your own risk.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of prepaid services unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to Services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. We may also terminate Services with 30 days' notice for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPCKR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
